Coaching for humans who’ve seen some things

Stop trying to fix others’ chaos and untangle your own, without the toxic positivity or spiritual glitter.

Humanitarian standing in floodwater in refugee camp in Kenya holding a beer, with house and outdoor seating in the background.

You’ve spent years in high-stress environments, juggling impossible decisions, relentless transitions, and emotional overload. Maybe you’re a humanitarian, aid worker, peacekeeper, veteran, first responder, or another high-octane professional. You’ve proved you’re resilient, but now what?

This isn’t life coaching for people who want to “manifest abundance.”

What you’ll find here instead: grounded empathy, irreverent humor, and the space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild on your own terms.

You will grant yourself the permission to eat your emergency cheese and/or chocolate when it is needed and without guilt!

It’s for those who want to do the work, move through the sh!t and start achieving goals.

Let’s unclog that mental toilet together!

Work With Me

TL;DR
My past life was built around achievement, adrenaline, and anxiety. Now I flourish on passion, perspective, and perfectly timed punchlines to help others wade through the nonsense.

Hi, I’m Felicia.
For 15 years, I dedicated myself to humanitarian work around the globe. I thrived in stressful environments, long days, and poured everything into my work. Work life balance was for the weak. I wore external titles like UN Official, humanitarian, coordinator like armor and developed a dark sense of humor along the way. However, on the inside, I was burnt out, my nervous system was fried, and an overwhelming feeling of uselessness consumed me.

I completed a series of coaching courses in 2021, and although I considered leaving the UN then to pursue a career in coaching, the adrenaline of being in the field and, if I’m really honest, an intense fear of failure kept me from pursuing this goal.

When the global funding crisis hit the humanitarian sector in 2025, I realized that no amount of waiting and hoping (or let’s be real, negative coping mechanisms) was going to make the path clear for me. I had to do the work, get my life together and move forward with a new mindset: no one was coming to save me.

I decided to finally pursue coaching as I could combine my experience and passion for supporting others using the same empathy that had fueled my humanitarian career, but can now sprinkle in my own jaded sense of humor to enjoy some laughter along the way.

I hired my own coach, completed over 100 hours of experiential training with the world’s leading coaching platform, the Co-Active Training Institute, and became a Co-Active Coach.

If you can relate to any parts of my story, have also seen some things in your life, or just simply want to get to work with a coach who will make you laugh and reach your goals, let’s have a chat.

Work With Me

I work with people who’ve seen some things, done the impossible, and now wonder “WTF do I do now?”

Whether you’re realizing you can’t live on adrenaline forever, trying to leave (or stay in) your career field, or have a feeling something needs to change, I offer grounded coaching that will help you get unstuck, laugh a little, and get those brain juices flowing again.

My coaching packages are 4, 6, or 10 sessions depending on what works for you and your goals. Timings and days of sessions can be adjusted to suit your schedule or rotation.

What to expect:

  • 60 minutes of coaching in a non-judgey space to make sense of the chaos and build a plan for what is next, all over the magic of Zoom

  • Tools and resources to help you navigate the uncertainty and the identity crisis that can come with “what now?”

  • A coach who’s lived and survived a high-pressure, adrenaline fueled career herself

  • Perhaps most importantly, the opportunity to say “Bye Felicia” at the end of every session

You’ll leave with:

  • More clarity on what you want next (and why)

  • Resources to build the next phase of your life, including laughter

  • New insights into what is possible

  • Share a bit about where you are in life and get a feel for how I work

  • See if this whole process feels right for you

If we click, great. If not, you’ll still walk away with a little more clarity.

What People Are Saying

“The sessions were always enjoyable. Laughter felt natural and made them something I looked forward to. It turned the coaching sessions into a space of both insight and lightness, where working on my self-improvement didn’t feel heavy or forced.”

~ UN Official, Latin America

“Felicia is a great person who has an extensive background working with people and serving them. This gives her not only the knowledge but also sensitivity. She brings a little laugh in the moments you need it and support when needed.”

~Zofia, Poland

“The coaching sessions allowed me to have time for myself. Felicia’s simple but deep questions guided me through this time. She gave me a lot of free space which was very important for me. Thanks to her understanding and adaptability, she helped me structure my thoughts and rationalize my fears. At the end, I felt prepared for a new chapter and gained new knowledge about myself.”

~NGO Staff, Europe

“Felicia helped me better understand or even rethink my feelings and desires about things that were happening in my life, and let go of what was unnecessary. This ultimately helped me feel better and more confident in myself.”

~UNHCR Staff, Europe

“Felicia, literally rescued me from a life of working the streets. She has coached me to grow into the princess that I am today.”

— Felicia’s adopted street dog from Lebanon

“When I reached out to Felicia, I was unhappy with my job and had an overall sense of lack of purpose. Since working with her, I know have an increased feeling of confidence at work. If something goes wrong, instead of defaulting to self-blame, I’m now able to pause, step back, and reassess the situation more objectively. I am now more positive and able to see things from different perspectives.”
